An exam-preparation ecosystem that turns a question bank into short vertical videos with AI. It is one shared architecture — a .NET backend on a Clean Architecture split, a React Native client and a Python video engine — but three separate apps, one per exam, each with its own question bank, store listing and release track. A new exam means a new question bank, new branding and a new store listing — the backend, the mobile client and the video engine are the same code. I designed and built the backend, the mobile app and the Python video-generation engine, then took the whole thing through UI/UX design, backend integration and deployment to the App Store and Google Play — including subscription management through RevenueCat.
